This app transform your mobile to a wireless barcodescanner with GPS support and other reporting capabilities. All collected information is stored in a database for further analysis. This concept will help you keep track of your field places assets or make realtime inventory over waste geographical areas. Just read the barcode or any other ID on attached on your asset and you will have all the answers to questions containing the words. -where, -who, -when with a device you already own, your mobile :-)


DrakaPOS is a platform designed for GPS tracking of trailers, cargo, containers, rental equipment and other mobile assets. Do you have a need to track the location for assets that move infrequently and/or may not have their own source of power?

The DrakaPOS platform contains of a smartphone app together with a web application. From the web application you can administer your account, add new device types and statuses. You can see all your devices on a map, filter on status, device types or best before date. You will only be presented the devices you’re interested in – right now!

Create new accounts for your partners – this makes it possible for them to easily update a status of a device so that you know when it’s ready to pick-up/replace or invoice. Your DrakPOS platform – tailor made!

The DrakaPOS application for smartphones provides a cost effective solution for automatic identification of your physical assets and set their current location with extra information added like device type, ID-status and ‘best before date’. Just scan your assets ID using the built in barcode scanner or enter the ID manually.

Where was that container or inspection performed? Where was that container last located? With ID’s on your assets, you can use your phone with GPS capabilities to report ID, GPS, time, who, when and you can see exactly where container last was handled. Do you have the need to continuously replace empty containers or tanks or replace full containers with empty ones at your customers sites? Just add an account for the customer and it will be possible to not only use the best before date but they can manually set a status that tells you it’s ready for replacement / pick-up.

Since we know the time, the date, the ID, the location and the status we offer you an export of this data to Excel for easy access and calculations. – How much rent shall I invoice? How is the best-before date correlating with the actual time? Who reported what and when? How long before the replacement container is in place – calculated from the actual order time (status update) etc. etc.

Are you a driver and try to find your container? Just enter the ID and the smartphone GPS software will take you to the container. If you have your own trucks you will be really satisfied with the built-in route planner in the web-application.

All details are available plotted on GoogleMap at your fingertips. Field ID gives you the assurance in knowing that inspections and audits were actually done on site.
DrakaPOS can use cell tower triangulation or the smartphone GPS to record the exact location of your assets at the time of each scan.
